Typically a tasting features four wines and takes around an hour and fifteen minutes (but schedule an hour and a half). You will receive a link to our scheduling platform after the purchase of a tasting option. Appointments are subject to availability, and up to twelve 'zoom groups' can attend a scheduled tasting. Only one appointment needs to be purchased per time slot, regardless of the number of groups attending. We ask that all groups have the same PROJECT M wines.

On the day of the appointment, chill your whites, open your reds, turn on your device, and get ready to be entertained and informed. All appointments will be with Winemaker Jerry Murray. A natural storyteller, Jerry will discuss the wines, his winemaking philosophy. He will likely add a tangent or two, and maybe, if you're lucky, a rant!

However, if there is a wine you'd like to taste that isn't included in the pack you're choosing, add a bottle to your shopping cart, and we can discuss it during the Tasting!

Q: Can multiple groups be on the same private virtual tasting appointment?
A: Yes, absolutely! We welcome the opportunity for our virtual tastings to be gatherings of friends and family. See our document “Organizing a Multi-Group Private Virtual Tasting” for more details. A “cell” is a single location attending a virtual tasting. Private tastings can have a single, or several cells.
Q: Is there a specific schedule for the virtual tastings?
A: Private tastings allow tasters to schedule their tastings at their convenience, based on availability. Once an order is placed you will receive our “Virtual Tasting Guide” that will include links to schedule your appointment.
Q: What Video Platform(s) are used for the tastings?
A: All of our group and private tastings use Zoom as the presentation platform. For our organizational and corporate tastings we do allow the tastings to take place on their preferred platforms.
Q: Do all groups in a tasting have to taste the same wines?
A: Private tastings can feature “tasting packs” as well as additional wines. Custom tasting packages can be created for an additional fee. Each cell in a private tasting must taste the same “pack”, however each cell doesn’t need to taste the additional wines.
Q: Can I add additional wines to a virtual tasting pack?
A: Yes, simply add them to your shopping cart and have them at the tasting. Tastings featuring more than 6 wines will require additional time and may incur additional fees.
Q: Can others ‘attend’ a tasting without purchasing a Virtual Tasting Pack?
A: We dedicate considerable time and effort to these tastings and ask that all “cells” participating in a tasting have purchased a virtual tasting pack.
